Robust Design

Based on extremely high requirements for reliability and consistency of lithium batteries, Wiltson New Energy has always adhered to the concept of independent innovation, in-depth study and robust design. We fully take raw material, manufacturing environment, manufacturing process, manufacturing and various factors into consideration. We utilise the logic method of 6 Sigma to design safe, reliable, stable and environment-friendly cylindrical lithium batteries.

After 8 years of large-scale application, our products have performance and safety standards of world-class products, and have unique advantages in high energy and high discharge rate of batteries. We analyze the customer's application requirements, and (in the early planning process of product quality) adopt PDM management from cost target setting to research and development of DFMEA, to the evaluation and verification of PFMEA and CP, which ensure the market compliance, advanced performance and batch reliability of our batteries.

Advanced Materials

The research on basic materials is the cornerstone of lithium battery design and development.

Our research team has conducted in-depth research and development on the four main materials: cathode, anode, electrolyte, separator and other auxiliary materials. We have a deep understanding and practice of its synthesis mechanism, manufacturing process and application boundaries. We have a leading advantage in the research and application of nano-scale lithium iron phosphate cathode materials, hard carbon anode, silicon anode, and graphene materials.
